This option is ideal if you feel unsure about where to start or have specific concerns.
What’s included:
30-minute video consultation to discuss your pet, preferences, concerns and goals
2 tailored recipes formulated to be complete and balanced according to AAFCO guidelines.
Up to 2 hours of follow-up email support over a 30 day period to work through any questions or concerns
Cost: $320
For those who feel comfortable proceeding without a consultation and require tailored recipes only.
What’s included:
Review of your pet’s history, diet, and preferences via a comprehensive intake form
2 tailored recipes formulated to be complete and balanced according to AAFCO guidelines
Clear written instructions for feeding and preparation
Up to 2 hours of follow-up email support over a 30 day period to work through any questions or concerns
This option does not include a consultation
Cost: $220
For pets who are overweight or struggling to maintain a healthy body condition.
This package focuses on creating a structured, realistic plan to support gradual and sustainable change.
What’s included:
30-minute video consultation to discuss your pet’s current diet, lifestyle, and challenges you may have come across with any previous weight loss plans
A tailored feeding plan with appropriate calorie targets
Up to 4 hours of follow-up email support over a 90 day period to work through any questions or concerns
The aim is to support steady progress while keeping the plan practical and achievable in day-to-day life.
Cost: $380
How it works
Veterinarians should complete the form on the Referrals page. All packages require referral by a veterinarian.
The client will receive a questionnaire via email once the referral has been received. If the package involves a consultation, the questionnaire must be completed and returned at least 3 business days prior to the consultation. If this has not be returned in time, the consultation may be cancelled or rescheduled.
For packages which include a consultation, the client may book the appointment via the Appointments page.
Invoices will be sent to the referring veterinarian for payment.
Recipes and any additional documents or information will be emailed to the referring veterinarian within 7 days of the consultation, or for packages not involving a consultation, within 7 days of receiving all required documents.
